Clynelish
The history of Clynelish is marked by periods of expansion, closure, and changes in ownership. In the early 1960s, a new distillery was built adjacent to the original Clynelish, which was later renamed Brora Distillery. The new Clynelish distillery continued to produce whisky using traditional methods, including copper pot stills and worm tub condensers, which contribute to the distinctive character of the whisky. Today, Clynelish stands as a testament to the craftsmanship and heritage of Scotch whisky production.
