King's County Distllery

Kings County Distillery, New York City's foremost craft distillery, is highly regarded among the top-tier small distilleries in the United States. The distillery specializes in whiskeys, crafting acclaimed products like Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, Empire Rye, and other creative whiskeys, all mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite in Brooklyn. Beginning as the country's smallest commercial distillery in a 325 square-foot room in East Williamsburg, Kings County Distillery relocated in 2012 to the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard's Paymaster Building. By blending distilling techniques from various cultures and employing Scottish copper pot stills, open fermentation, and local grains, the distillery innovatively crafts traditional American whiskeys that challenge convention. As testament to their excellence, they were named Distillery of the Year in 2016 by the American Distilling Institute and have been the recipients of numerous awards and commendations from several prestigious bodies and publications.
