Argiolas Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna 2023 is a testament to the vibrant winemaking traditions of Sardinia. Crafted entirely from the Vermentino grape, which thrives in the region’s sun-drenched soils, this DOC wine embodies the island’s unique terroir. Its bouquet is a fragrant medley of pear, lemon, and lychee, seamlessly blending into lush notes of white peach, yellow plums, pineapple, and melon. The freshness is complemented by a soft, velvety texture, balanced acidity, and the distinct spiciness characteristic of Sardinian wines.

This extra-dry white wine, with an alcohol content of 14%, offers a refreshing, holiday-like experience when chilled to perfection at 10–12°C. Its lively yet harmonious profile pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like Sardinian fregola with clams, mixed fish soups, or firm-fleshed fish such as sea bass. It also complements fresh cheeses or light salads, enhancing any meal with its coastal charm and invigorating palate.

Lovingly produced by Argiolas in Serdiana, Italy, the Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna captures the essence of the Mediterranean. Its meticulous harvest process, carried out in the cool morning hours, ensures quality in every bottle. Serve it well-chilled between six to eight degrees to unlock its full potential and elevate your dining experience.
