Bianchi Central Coast Petite Sirah 2023 is a bold expression from the rolling hills of Paso Robles, California. The region's hot, dry climate, combined with cool evening temperatures, allows the thick-skinned Petite Sirah grapes to ripen fully while preserving a balanced acidity. This vintage, aged for 19 months in 100% new French oak barrels, highlights the richness of the terroir, producing a wine that's both powerful and approachable. With an ABV of 15.1%, it offers a luxurious drinking experience that will only improve with age.

The wine pours deep and inky, with aromas of ripe blueberries, dark chocolate, and a touch of French oak that captivate from the first sip. On the palate, it's a bold yet refined blend of flavors, including blackberry jam, dried blueberries, coffee, and a hint of baking spice. The chewy tannins are softened by the silky, full-bodied texture, offering both structure and elegance. The influence of the oak adds subtle complexity, rounding out the fruit-forward profile with rich undertones.

Ideal for pairing with indulgent dishes, the Bianchi Central Coast Petite Sirah is a perfect match for smoky barbecue, hearty lasagna, or even an exotic curry. Its boldness stands up to rich flavors, while the balanced acidity and silky texture keep it grounded, making it a versatile choice for a range of culinary experiences. Best enjoyed now or with time in the bottle for further development.
