Bruichladdich Octomore 15.2 is a super heavily peated Islay single malt scotch whisky, crafted on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. Distilled in 2018 from Scottish Mainland Concerto barley, this whisky presents a distinct peaty profile with phenol levels of 108.2 PPM, offering a bold expression of its origins. Aged for 5 years, Octomore 15.2 begins its journey in second fill wine and bourbon casks, before finishing its maturation in first fill Cognac casks, which imparts a rich complexity to its character. With an ABV of 57.9%, it is a robust dram, yet beautifully balanced.
On the nose, Octomore 15.2 opens with a burst of sweet citrus, lime zest, and lemon meringue, followed by toasted oak and a subtle hint of smoke. A vibrant mix of tropical fruit, woody spices, and roasted coffee beans complements the whisky’s signature peat smoke. The palate is velvety and viscous, offering layers of vanilla custard, caramel, and toffee, with notes of black pepper, charred oak, and cinnamon. A delicate hint of nutmeg and dried fruit adds further depth, cutting through the smoky intensity.

Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
