Complicated Red Wine hails from the Monterey County region, with a unique blend of 69% Grenache and 31% Syrah. The grapes are sourced from two distinct vineyard sites: Grenache from the Arroyo Seco riverbed and Syrah from benchland west of the Salinas River Valley. The region’s cool coastal influence, along with the area’s abundant sunshine, allows for a long growing season, resulting in fruit with complex, dark flavors.
This wine boasts a rich and elegant aroma profile, thanks to its meticulous winemaking process. The Grenache undergoes a cold soak for 24 hours, preserving its delicate aroma bouquet, followed by fermentation with a specially selected yeast strain. The Syrah undergoes extended skin contact to enhance its color and aromatics, fermented with a yeast that elevates the fruit’s spice and complexity. Both varietals were aged in French and American oak barrels, creating a balance of varietal expression and subtle oak influence.
With an alcohol content of 14.1%, Complicated Red Wine showcases its full-bodied character through a balance of fruit-forward berry notes and deeper spice nuances. Returns:
Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Please reach out to hello@ShopBourbon.com regarding any damaged items and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
ShopBourbon is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.
