Crafted from the revered vineyards of Verzenay, Verzy, Beaumont-sur-Vesle, Ay, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Cramant, Louis Roederer’s 2016 Cristal Brut Champagne is a stunning expression of precision and elegance. The vintage thrived under a season of contrasts, where a cool, wet spring gave way to a warm, sun-drenched summer, culminating in a harvest of perfectly ripened grapes. Composed of 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay, this Champagne embodies a balance of richness and minerality, seamlessly integrating the sun’s ripeness with the soil’s chalky finesse.
The bouquet is both intense and refined, unfolding layers of white flowers, roasted citrus, and ripe yellow fruits like peach and Mirabelle plum. Time in the glass reveals subtle notes of wheat, oyster shell, and a hint of toasted almond, a testament to its extended aging on the lees. The palate is silky and energetic, offering a luscious, almost zabaglione-like texture with a vibrant tension. Returns:
Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Please reach out to hello@ShopBourbon.com regarding any damaged items and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
