Old Elk 'Infinity Blend 2023 Edition' is a complex bourbon crafted in Colorado, representing a meticulous blend of high malt bourbon and wheat whiskey. The blend consists of 15.3% of the 2022 Infinity Blend, 40% eight-year-old high malt bourbon, 43.2% seven-year-old straight wheat whiskey, and 1.5% ten-year-old straight wheat whiskey. Bottled at 57.575% ABV (111.15 proof), this edition offers a rich, nuanced experience built on the foundation of multiple aged mash bills.
The nose is warm and inviting, with rich caramel and vanilla bean leading the way, accompanied by vibrant notes of candied citrus. As the aroma deepens, hints of doughy malt and toasted bread emerge, mingling with cinnamon sugar and orange marmalade. The wheat influence adds subtle complexity, while a touch of pepper spice rounds out the profile. Despite its high proof, the ethanol presence is restrained, allowing the aromatic layers to shine luxuriously.

Returns:
Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
