Planteray 'Stiggins Fancy Pineapple' Flavoured Dark Rum is an artisanal blend that draws from the rich traditions of the Caribbean. It is crafted from molasses sourced across three distinguished distilleries: Barbados' West Indies Rum Distillery, Jamaica's Long Pond Distillery, and Trinidad Distillers Ltd. The blend undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, with Barbados and Trinidad rums fermenting for 73 hours and Jamaica's for an extensive two weeks, followed by a combination of distillation techniques, including pot stills, column stills, and the traditional Ferrand Copper Pot Still in France.
This rum is a tribute to Reverend Stiggins, a Charles Dickens character known for his love of pineapple rum. The creation starts with the delicate Victoria pineapple, hand-cut to preserve its natural sweetness. The pineapple's bark is infused and redistilled with Planteray 3 Stars rum, while its sweet flesh is macerated in the Original Dark rum. The result is a harmonious blend that captures the tropical essence of the pineapple, delivering vibrant notes of caramelized fruit, hints of citrus zest, and warm spices.

Returns:
Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Please reach out to hello@ShopBourbon.com regarding any damaged items and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
