Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs 2021 is a sparkling wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from California’s finest cool-climate vineyards. This wine, first introduced in 1965, is an iconic example of American sparkling wine and carries a rich history, including being served at the 1972 “Toast to Peace” in Beijing. The 2021 vintage benefits from a growing season of warm days and cool nights, allowing for a balance of vibrant acidity and concentrated fruit. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and ages on yeast lees for two years, achieving a refined complexity.
On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs delights with fresh aromas of Granny Smith apples, lemon-lime zest, and toasted bread, accented by hints of baked pineapple and almonds. Its palate is crisp and refreshing, showcasing flavors of Meyer lemon and tart apple, leading to a clean, palate-cleansing finish. The inclusion of barrel-fermented lots and malolactic fermentation adds layers of texture and depth, creating a sparkling wine with both vibrancy and structure.

Due to state regulations, ShopBourbon is only able to accept alcohol returns in the event that the product is spoiled. In the event that the bottle sustains major damage during transit, ShopBourbon will refund or replace the product. Please reach out to hello@ShopBourbon.com regarding any damaged items and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Shipping:
All shipments require a signature from an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older per federal law. Couriers will require a proof of ID before delivery. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, it may be returned. No exception can be made.
Orders are processed and shipped from the ShopBourbon facility Monday through Friday. Please allow up to three (3) business days to process shipping orders.
Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers.
Orders that are refused or returned after three (3) delivery attempts shall be refunded for the value of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned orders incur a secondary shipping charge to cover the return shipping fee.
Wine and other delicate products may be weather sensitive. Shipment of these items may be delayed at the ShopBourbon team's discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing. ShopBourbon is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground services.
ShopBourbon is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), or freight forwarding companies.
